Robert M. Pek AKA Bob Pek is best known for his Movie Advertising Posters. Born in Denver, Bob moved to NYC in 1953 after accepting a job to create Whiskey advertising campaigns.

Eventually, Bob moved up the ranks and was hired to create Posters for iconic films like West Side Story, Star Trek, My Fair Lady, Super Man, and many many more.

One lesser known fact about Bob is that he designed 30 US Postal Stamps, as well as a few official Olympic Posters.

After his death, AMPAS held an Exhibition titles ‘Bob Pek and the Modern Movie Poster’ to show his impact on the industry.
