32 Countries (29 official, 3 unofficial) represented at this World Fair in 1905, with a whopping 105 pavilions available for viewing in the Gardens.
The exposition received over 7 million visitors, 15,000 vendors, & covered 52 acres. It is said to have made 75,117 Belgian Francs.There were many attractions, including an exhibition of Medieval and Renaissance Arts. The magnificent Palais Des Beaux Arts building housed the Musee d’Art Moderne. The building is used still today!
