The original painting that is hanging in the Victoria & Albert Museum in London (created in 1932) was used by LMS Railway (London, Midland & Scotish) as an advertisement for the birthday of King George V.
This image is used now for the second time in 1950 by British Railways (founded in 1948), celebrating the birthday of Queen Elizabeth’s father, King George VI.
