French Advertising Poster for ‘Cigarettes Saphir’ by Stephano c. 1910s
SOLD
Out of stock
Seductive Oriental / Middle Eastern women with an orange turban advertising Cigarettes Saphir. She’s made of smoke, almost like a jeanie. The poster is comprised of a dark shades of blue, maroon, brown and more.
It looks like on the bottom right is a symbolic statue that is reminiscent of a Hookah. However, the cigarette in her hand makes us think that this small item on the bottom right was supposed to be fitting with the jeanie story.
