SOLD
Out of stock
Co-operative railway advertising poster to the English Lakes (Lac Anglais), located in Ullswater for travel from Belgium to England-London, and to Ireland.
In the poster we see sightseers/tourists having a picnic on the countryside along the lake. They’re watching a carriage going down the trail, being followed by bicyclists.
See the many bottles of wine/champagne & plates scattered on the ground. Talk about a good vacation!
Note: the posting date stamp on the bottom right (August 17th, 1899). It’s issued by the Chemin du Fer de l’Etat Belge.
