“Die Zauberflote” or the ‘Magic Flute’ is a famous German Opera written by Mozart. In this image, a typical Chagall-style design, he tries to mimic the vivid colors of the Magic Flute.  The chromist for this Poster was the official Chagall chromist Charles Sorlier.  The poster was printed in the edition of 3000 with lettering. This poster was framed by the prior owner with a magnificent silver decorative frame and is sold as is, in very good condition.  The outside dimensions of the frame is 28.375″ x 41.875″. Prior to crating & shipping, the glass in the frame will be replaced with UV blocking Plexiglass (this will add 3 additional weeks before the item is shipped). Only shipped in Contiguous USA & local pickup.
